What does this text reverser do?
This tool takes any text and flips it in one of four ways. Choose whether you want the entire string reversed character by character, the order of the words reversed while each word stays spelled correctly, the letters inside each word reversed while word order stays the same, or the order of the lines flipped. Everything runs locally in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded or stored anywhere.

Does reversing text change spelling within words?
Only if you choose "Reverse Letters in Each Word" or "Reverse Characters." The "Reverse Word Order" mode keeps every word spelled normally and only changes the order they appear in.
Is my text stored or uploaded anywhere?
No. The reversal happens locally on your device, and nothing is sent to a server.
Can I reverse a full paragraph or just single words?
Both. All four modes work on anything from a single word to a full block of text with multiple lines.
What does "Preserve punctuation & spacing" do?
It only appears in Reverse Word Order mode. Off, punctuation travels with its word — reversing "Hello, world!" gives "world! Hello,". On, punctuation stays in its original position while only the words swap places, giving a cleaner "world, Hello!"
