Per person

How to use this tool

  1. Add everyone splitting the bill using the name field at the top.
  2. Choose a mode: Even splits one subtotal equally, Itemized lets you assign each item to specific people, and Shares splits by weight (e.g. someone paying double).
  3. For itemized mode, add each item with its price, then tap the name chips underneath to mark who's sharing it.
  4. Enter tax and tip as a dollar amount or percentage — tax and tip are automatically divided based on how much each person owes of the subtotal.
  5. Check "Round up per person" to round everyone's total up to the next whole currency unit.
  6. If more than one person paid, enter what each person actually paid under "Who paid" to see who owes who.
  7. Use "Copy summary" to copy a plain-text breakdown you can paste into a chat.
